Monthly Plans / Non-Expiring Data Packs

Plans, Pricing & Data Rules

Choose a billing option based on how often you connect, then select a data allowance that fits your needs.

Choose a Plan That Fits Your Usage

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs are better for usage that varies. The two options have different data rules, not different discount periods for the same plan.

Consider Your Usage Pattern Before Comparing Allowances

If you access international websites every day and your usage is fairly consistent, a monthly plan's reset schedule can make it easier to track day-to-day use. If your usage comes in bursts during irregular work periods, or you connect only when needed, a data pack lets you keep unused data. A monthly plan price covers a month of service; a data pack price covers its stated total allowance. Compare the billing models, not just the prices.

Browsing text pages, streaming video, transferring files, and syncing to the cloud all use different amounts of data. We don't convert a particular allowance into a fixed number of viewing hours or promise it will cover a set number of tasks. Video quality, file sizes, background app activity, and the route used all affect usage. Review your device habits, then adjust your choice based on the remaining balance shown in the user panel.

Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB; all remain valid until used and never expire. Select “Data Pack” above to view the options. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Choose the billing model you need; one option does not automatically replace or stack with the other.

Included with Every Plan

Compare data allowances and billing models, and check supported platforms, route coverage, and account rules.

No device limit

Use VPNQT on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Switch between devices as needed without choosing a plan based on device count; still account for data used across all your devices. After connecting, keep an eye on background syncing, automatic downloads, and other activity—not just the web pages you open yourself.

120+ countries / 190+ routes

Choose an international route based on the region required by your target service. Check route types and locations on the global nodes page. Connection performance also depends on your local network, time of day, and destination website. A larger data allowance doesn't guarantee faster speeds or a particular speed-test result.

AI Tools & Streaming

Use VPNQT for cross-border research, AI tools, and streaming. Target platforms may have their own account, regional, and payment requirements; VPNQT plans don't include memberships for those services. Choose a region and test the service directly. Access may vary by service and region.

User Panel & Support Tickets

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Manage clients, subscriptions, orders, and support tickets in the user panel. For billing or connection issues, provide the necessary details through a ticket and keep a record of the exchange. Don't share subscription links, passwords, or full payment details in public.

For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Check the relevant order details in the user panel before selecting or changing a plan.

Choosing a plan doesn't guarantee access to any particular platform. If you mainly need a specific AI tool or streaming service, check that platform's regional requirements first, then review available locations on the routes page. After connecting, test the service itself. Verifying the connection and the service separately can help distinguish account access issues from data allowance issues.

Plan expiry, remaining data, and order status are separate details. Before troubleshooting a connection, check each one in the user panel, then confirm that your client has the latest subscription. Before changing plans, review the result shown in the panel. If you're unsure how an existing plan and data pack will be handled, check the on-screen instructions or ask through a support ticket; don't assume allowances can be combined or automatically credited.

Payment Methods & Order Checks

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Pay through the user panel.

Before You Pay: Check Your Selection

Open the plans section in the user panel. First confirm whether you've selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the plan name, allowance, and order amount. For monthly plans, note the monthly reset rule; for data packs, confirm the total allowance. If you're upgrading an existing plan, use the upgrade result shown in the panel.

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the payment page instructions. For USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details, and amount shown on the page. Don't use an old screenshot or details from another order instead of the current instructions. No payment address is listed on this page, so the information stays specific to your order.

After You Pay: Check the User Panel

Once payment is complete, return to the user panel and check the order record and plan status to confirm that the product matches your selection. Get clients and subscription details from the panel, not from installers or subscription links on public pages. For first-time setup, follow the Quick Start guide.

If the payment record doesn't match what's shown in the panel, keep your order details and proof of payment, then explain the issue through a support ticket. Don't pay again just because the page hasn't updated; check the original order first to avoid creating multiple orders that need review. Follow updates through the ticket and check the plan status in the panel.

Open a Support Ticket

60-day money-back guarantee

Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel and keep the order and correspondence records.

VPNQT offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you'd like to request a refund after using the service, sign in to the relevant account, open a support ticket in the user panel, explain your request, and include the order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund terms. Read them before submitting to check which orders and requests are covered.

In your ticket, specify the plan and order you want reviewed. If the issue involves a payment, you can include the relevant proof of payment. Don't share your account password or subscription link; redact payment details unrelated to the order from screenshots. If anything is missing, reply to the ticket with the additional information. Keeping related messages in the same ticket makes it easier to track progress.

A refund request and technical troubleshooting are different issues. If you want help with a connection problem, include the platform you're using, selected region, and any error message. If you've decided to request a refund, say so directly; you don't need to present your usage needs as proof of a fault. No processing time is specified here. Check your ticket for the application status and outcome.

When does monthly plan data reset?
Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Check your plan status and data balance in the user panel. Before renewing, confirm the selected plan and order amount.
Do data packs clear each month?
Data packs never expire and remain valid until used; they don't reset monthly. Choose ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packs use a different billing model from monthly plans.
What happens if I upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle?
The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. Check the upgrade result and order details in the user panel before proceeding; don't estimate the difference as a full month's charge.
Which payment methods are supported, and how do I check my payment?
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, check the plan, amount, and on-screen instructions. Once payment is complete, return to the user panel to review the order and plan status. If the payment record and panel status don't match, submit the order details and proof of payment through a support ticket so the issue can be checked before you take further action.
How do I request a refund?
VPNQT offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. Sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket explaining your refund request, along with the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund terms, and check your ticket for updates.
Do I need a separate plan for each device?
Use the service on as many devices at the same time as you need. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. When choosing a data allowance, consider the combined usage across your devices: there is no device limit, but data is not unlimited.
