Account Information and How It Is Used
VPNQT does not require an email address. Users can create an account with a username and password; an email address is neither required nor a condition for activating the service. Account information is used for authentication, subscription management and handling service requests. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.
This service processes plan status, data usage, orders and payment status to provide subscriptions, reconcile accounts and handle refunds. When users submit a support ticket, the text and attachments they provide are also used to resolve the issue. Do not submit passwords, complete subscription links or private information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
VPNQT follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, lists of destinations or DNS query histories, and it does not build profiles of individual browsing activity. Aggregate data usage for subscription metering is distinct from browsing content and is not used to reconstruct specific activity.
This service does not persist connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's network activity, including links between source and destination addresses or records of individual connection times. Temporary states needed to operate a connection are used only while processing that connection, then released; they are not converted into historical activity records. Troubleshooting relies first on aggregated operational information. Diagnostic materials provided by users are managed as support ticket data.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
The marketing website may process access analytics such as page paths, referral sources, browser categories and entry-point clicks to assess whether content is easy to find and connection entry points are working properly. Analytics are limited to this website and do not cover external websites visited through international routes. Analytics settings should avoid collecting passwords, authentication credentials and subscription links.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, retain login status, language preferences and interface choices, and may support website analytics. Users can restrict or clear storage in their browser settings. Clearing authentication data requires logging in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults. After using a shared device, users should sign out and clear related storage.
Payment Processing and Necessary Sharing
VPNQT supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services or settlement channels. Information collected to complete a transaction is subject to their respective privacy rules. VPNQT receives the order identifier, amount, payment status and settlement result needed to verify transactions; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Data is shared only as necessary to provide the service, verify transactions, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNQT does not sell personal information for marketing. When necessary service partners are involved, information is used only for the relevant purpose and is subject to appropriate access controls and confidentiality requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for account reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable laws. Support ticket data is cleared after the issue and any necessary follow-up checks have been completed. Access analytics are retained only as needed for analysis, preferably in aggregated form. Information is not kept indefinitely merely because it is convenient to collect.
Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account information through a user panel support ticket. Account control must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may prevent continued use of the account and subscription. Records that must be retained by law or due to an unresolved dispute will have their use restricted; other information will be deleted or anonymized once verification and necessary processing are complete.
Policy Updates and Privacy Inquiries
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. If data uses or user rights change materially, notice will be provided through the website or user panel. Where the law requires separate consent for a new use, the relevant process will be completed first. Privacy inquiries and data requests can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for rules governing use of the service.
